We are serious about protecting your personal information. And we want to explain you how we do it. So please take a moment to read and understand how we handle your personal information and which responsibilities and rights you have. You will have to accept our privacy policy before you can register on Impactful Jobs.
Collection and handling of personal information
We collect information from you when you register on our site, subscribe to a newsletter or respond to a survey. The data we collect can and will be used to identifiy users; match users with potential jobs or employers; notification of relevant jobs or employers to the user and making the profile searchable by potential employers.
When you as a user register a profile on Impactful Jobs you accept that personal information is stored on Impactful Jobs servers and may be shared with employers as part of the recruitment and match-making services offered by Impactful Jobs.
Impactful jobs has the right to distribute all information about the user on the website of a third party, if it happens anonymously or if a third party is included in a confidentiality agreement. Such distribution can be done in connection with statistical analysis of the website, market research and preparation for advertising, general branding and recruitment activity at Impactful jobs.
Your personal data is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems and are required to keep the information confidential. We implement a variety of security measures when a user places an order to maintain the safety of your personal information. However, providing personal data through digital channels always comes with a risk since it is not possible to entirely secure technological systems from unauthorized access.
Impactful Jobs has the right to use an external company to conduct technical maintenance of the website. In that case, the company will handle Impactful Jobs data responsibility.
Your responsibilities as user of Impactful Jobs
You cannot register another profile than your personal one, and it is not allowed to use other persons e-mail addresses or fake ones.
You are responsible for giving correct and truthful information as well as the activity that takes place within your profile, also if you authorize or accept third persons access to your profile.
Impactful Jobs has the exclusive right to expel a suspend a user if it is found that a member behaves unlawfully or unethical, if Impactful Jobs services are abused and / or whose general conduct is not accepted by Impactful Jobs.
Your rights
You have the right to request information regarding the personal data that we process of you and have inaccurate information corrected. You can at any time demand that we remove the personal data we have of you, i.e. if information no longer is needed to achieve the purpose they were collected for or if you no longer wish to registred with us. Observe that when deemed necessary we can reject your request, i.e. if the personal data is required for tax- or auditing purposes. You also have the right to request the limitation of processing. In such cases, we may have to assess the situation before making a decision.
In cases where you have given your consent or if the processing is based on a contractual relationship with you, you have the right to, under certain circumstances, have your data transferred to another personal data controller. This, on the other hand, requires that the transfer is technologically possible and can be done by automated means.
Changes in privacy policy
Impactful Jobs has the right to change the above-mentioned privacy policy at any time. If a change is made, this will be published on Impactful Jobs, after which the user has 30 days to become familiar with them. After 30 days, it is expected that all existing users will accept and understand the changes.
