Our new team members will help support and grow Dalberg Media’s project portfolio, including UNLEASH, a global Innovation Lab for the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Our Copenhagen office is called Dalberg Media and was established in 2015 to influence the global development agenda and key decision makers worldwide. Dalberg Media plays a leading role in convening stakeholders around the common vision of effecting action on the sustainable development agenda. We work in close cooperation with a global network of partners and organisations, including leading UN organizations, Danish and international foundations, corporates and governments, NGOs and finance institutions. Our larger and long-term project engagements include UNLEASH, a global innovation lab that brings together people from all over the world to transform 1,000 personal insights into hundreds of ideas and build lasting global networks around the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Our ideal candidate has some of the following qualifications:
- Ongoing master’s degree in Political Science, Business, Economics, Development, International Relations or a related field with an excellent academic record
- Creative mindset and an ability to conceptualize, scope and build new initiatives
- Strong analytical and methodological competencies
- Structured thinker and good at managing processes
- Ability to present information in an insightful and structured manner
- Demonstrated fluency in written and oral English
- A passion for global development, typically evidenced by a strong interest and/or prior exposure
How you will grow
During your internship, you will get the opportunity to contribute to identifying, creating and implementing sustainable concepts and strategies to address global development issues. You get to work on projects ranging from conceptualizing and executing advocacy and communication initiatives and planning and facilitating innovation labs in low- and middle-income countries to creating content for global summits aimed at developing ideas to accelerate the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals and supporting funding discussions for major initiatives ultimately supporting the global development agenda.
As our intern you, will be an equal member of the team and play a crucial role across the entire project phase, from research and analysis to execution and implementation. You will be delegated large responsibility and should thus be ready to take on a variety of roles and work independently and in a structured manner. You will be part of a small and dynamic team that works closely together, and you will work with colleagues on all levels as well as directly with our clients and partners.

We are currently looking for interns to conduct a six-month full-time internship (37 hours), preferably beginning in August/September. Our interns will either be working mainly with UNLEASH or the wide range of other ongoing Dalberg Media projects. We will discuss the fit in either of teams in a potential interview. We offer our interns a small monthly remuneration.
