Employer Branding Consultant in Employer Branding & HR Communication where
you, together with four close colleagues, will plan and execute a wide range of
employer branding activities and play an important role in making our brand
come to life. Our job is to tell and share good stories about our company as a
great place to work, internally and externally. We also do internal
communication about a wide range of subjects, from processes to prizes.

key tasks will be to
- plan and manage events to brand our company as a
great place to work – you’ll drive the process from A to Z, including idea
creation, project management, daily coordination and event execution
- represent the company at career fairs, at large events at universities
and at in-house events
- project manage the development of digital campaigns from A to Z in close
collaboration with agencies
- coordinate the production of communication materials such as roll-ups,
- collaborate with
colleagues from the business as well as our Global Corporate Branding teams.
Your competences include that you
- have a relevant bachelor’s
or master’s degree in HR, communication or marketing studies, e.g. an MSc in HRM,
a cand.merc.(kom.) (MSc in business
administration and organisational communication), cand.comm. (MA in communication)
or cand.merc.BCM (MSc in
economics and business administration – brand and communications management) or similar
- have considerable
project management skills
- have worked with event
planning and execution
- are detail-oriented and undertake a structured
approach to projects
- are able to network and
create good relations with a broad range of colleagues.
Moreover, you speak and
write Danish and English fluently, enabling you to communicate smoothly and
efficiently across our international organisation.

messaging to visuals.

creative as well as structured – and have an eye for the devil in the detail. You’re
