Are you an experienced people manager eager to join a
new high-performing management team in an international environment, and do you
have competences within human resource planning, people management, records and
document management and processes?  
 
Join us and become Manager
in the Document & Records Management (DRM) department in Offshore where
you’ll be head of a department with a globally scoped focus. You’ll manage a
team of specialists who deliver support to the wind farm projects around the
globe. You’ll report to the Head of Document & Records Management, and you’ll
work closely together with EPC directors, package managers and Asset
Management. Your resources will be based in Europe (UK/Denmark), on site and in
either the US or APAC. 
 
Document & Records
Management has teams working with technical documentation, records management,
business excellence and RDS-PP supporting the wind farm projects. In total, the
department has 80 employees but will grow significantly over the next 12
months.  
 
To align with the global
strategy for Offshore, the department is changing its organisational structure,
and in the process of doing this, we’re looking for a manager who’ll take global
responsibility for some of the resources.  
 
Your key tasks will be to 
  • attract, retain and develop the right resources according to local terms and conditions 
  • support the projects with a diverse set of competences within records management, document control and technical documentation 
  • continuously maintain an overview of the agreed deliveries to the projects  
  • fill the role as single point of contact, build trust and create value among the stakeholders 
  • be proactive in improving workflows, applications and processes. 
 
Furthermore, you’ll help the
organisation to be compliant with regulations, standards and codes of good
practice relating to data, information, documentation and records management. You’ll scope and plan own activities based on agreed high-level
deliverables.  
 
Your competences include that you 
  • have a relevant theoretical education  
  • have extensive relevant work experience from large organisations where you’ve worked in a global environment – public or private  
  • have substantial and well-documented international people management experience and have a track record of hiring and developing great people, creating high-performance teams 
  • are used to managing virtual teams 
  • can contribute to a high-performing management team ensuring that we win together. 
 
In addition, you understand
the importance of processes, systems and the digitalisation of processes within
information management. You’re fully proficient in English and other languages
are an advantage, and you’re willing to travel.  
 
On a more personal level,
you exhibit a high degree of self-reliance, and you have a structured approach
to problem-solving and change management. You’re outgoing and extrovert. You
challenge the status quo when you see opportunities for creating better
business results, and you consider communication skills as one of your personal
key assets. You have a strong interest in people development and have an
innovative and dedicated mindset.

You should expect some travelling
in relation to your work; locally in Denmark and Europe plus to our projects
outside of Europe. You should expect 3-5 days of travel per month.
