you want to become project manager for one of our development projects? 
 
Join us and become Project
Development Manager in Project Development where you’ll be responsible for leading
one of our offshore wind development projects. You’ll be part of a team of
project development managers and technical project managers who run asset
projects across our development portfolio. The project team that you’ll manage consists
of people of different professions who work in collaboration to have the
necessary data, permits and agreements in place for the project to be
constructed. 
 
Your
key tasks will be to 
  • closely collaborate with product lines to ensure the optimal choice of modules 
  • scope and define the concept of the project, ensuring that it’s in line with consents/permits 
  • drive the project towards tender/bidding, ensuring an optimal business case  
  • ensure execution of survey campaigns and other site activities 
  • liaise closely with the management of neighbouring projects to ensure alignment of the development.  
 
Your competences include
that you 
  • have a relevant educational background, preferably including PMI certification (or similar) 
  • have extensive knowledge within the development of offshore wind projects 
  • thrive on leading large and complex projects – often at a distance 
  • have a proactive and systematic approach to your work tasks 
  • speak and write English fluently. 
 
Moreover, it’s important that you’re strong at
networking and building relationships across cultures and distances.
