Can you deliver the optimal Salesforce.com solutions
that will help us create the very best customer experience? 
 
Join us as our new Senior Salesforce Architect
in Utility Solutions where you’ll be responsible for the hands-on
implementation of Salesforce.com and Force.com functional solutions. You’ll act
as both architect and lead in the design, implementation, deployment and
documentation processes that use Salesforce’s toolbox.  
 
On a whole, the department develops and maintains
a range of our internal systems – among these Salesforce and SAP. We see
Salesforce as an important tool to support our vision of creating the ultimate
customer experience, and over time we expect to develop it from sales through
to marketing, customer service etc. You’ll work closely with internal customers
to gain a more complete understanding of their needs – this provides quick
feedback on your solutions.  
 
On the bigger projects that require it, you’ll collaborate
closely with application consultants and architect colleagues in both Denmark,
Poland and the UK. On smaller maintenance tasks and improvements, you’ll work
independently or with our users. 
 
Your
key tasks will be to 
  • work closely with internal customers and users to understand and document their business requirements  
  • draw proposals for improvements that will support the business in reaching its goals 
  • collaborate with our architects as well as our SAP team regarding integrations and web services  
  • function as a specialist in the configuration, development, test, integration and customisation of the Salesforce platform 
  • participate in ad hoc analyses and projects when needed. 
 
Your competences include
that you 
  • have a relevant bachelor’s degree or similar relevant experience 
  • have solid experience with Salesforce.com within Sales Cloud, Marketing/Pardot, Service Cloud, Workflows, mobile, APIs, Lightning Experience and integration to Enterprise systems such as SAP; in addition, you have experience with the Apex and VisualForce development environment 
  • are certified in Salesforce administration and development as a minimum 
  • are a Salesforce enthusiast, who is comfortable in a fast-paced and dynamic environment 
  • are a customer- and service-minded team player with strong verbal and written communication skills preferably in both Danish and English. 
 
In addition,
you are good at leading and coordinating tasks in an open, agile and constructive
environment. It is an advantage, but not a prerequisite, if you are a certified
Salesforce.com Advanced Administrator as well as being a certified Sales Cloud
and/or Service Cloud consultant.
